The 29th NISPAcee Annual Conference


Ljubljana, Slovenia, October 21 - October 23, 2021

The 29th NISPAcee Annual Conference is being organized as a physical conference with a limited number of online presentations. However due to the Covid-19 pandemic, only a limited number of physical participants can register for the conference on a 1st come 1st served basis. Speakers, coordinators, chairs and paper holders have preference until September 15, 2021. If the limit of registered physical participants is reached, then the remaining applicants will be recommended online participation.
Accompanying persons are not allowed to register or participate in any of the conference events.

  • Please read carefully   Conference Registration Terms and Conditions, including Cancellation Conditions as you will have to accept them during the registration.
  • The “session time” when completing the Registration form will expire after 20 minutes of non activity. In this case, nothing will be saved.
    Please note that the entire registration process allows you to edit your inputs later.
  • You will receive a Notification e-mail immediately after completing the Registration form. If not, please contact the webmaster.
  • The Verification e-mail will be sent to you after your data has been checked by the NISPAcee Headquarters within a few days if you have registered for on-line participation, but if you have registered for physical participation, you may expect this Verification e-mail in a few days only if you are a speaker/chair/coordinator, paper holder and/or a paper presenter. Otherwise you will receive the Verification e-mail after September 15, 2021 if the limit of physical participants is not reached. The early registration fees will be applied if the registration is made by September 15, 2021.
  • You may edit your registration data only up until you receive the Verification e-mail.
  • After receiving the Verification e-mail you should access your registration account in order to proceed with your payment and to generate your invoice(s), if required.
  • PAYMENT for the conference fee should be made ONLY after receipt of the Verification e-mail. Your registration will be valid after your payment of the registration fees is received on the NISPAcee account.
  • Payments for early registration (until September 15, 2021) have to be transferred to the NISPAcee bank account immediately after the Verification e-mail confirms the validity of the registration data. The payments must be received in the NISPAcee account by September 15, 2021 at the latest.
  • Payments for late registration (from September 16, 2021) have to be transferred to the NISPAcee bank account immediately after the Verification e-mail confirms the validity of the registration data. The payments must be received in the NISPAcee account by October 12, 2021 at the latest.
