The aim of the panel on Cultural Policy, Citizens and Collaborative Governance for Smart Development in Central and Eastern Europe addresses the frameworks of public policy and cultural planning, which are perceived as the driving tools for smart development. The relation between the arts, culture, citizens, creativity, and government policies will be addressed under the umbrella of the 29th NISPAcee conference and to take an empowerment approach to cultural policy analysis and management. |
