The aim of the panel on Cultural Policy, Creativity and Smart Management in Central and Eastern Europe addresses the framework of public policy and cultural planning, which are perceived as driving tools for smart sustainable development. Relations between the culture, creativity and government policies will be addressed under the umbrella of the 27th NISPAcee conference to take a multi-actor approach to creativity, smartness and cultural policy analysis (policy design, implementation, and learning).
The focus for the upcoming conference is to encourage researchers, as well as practitioners’, to focus on various areas of cultural policy and their impact on creativity and smart sustainable development. It is obvious that the presenters will look for the answers to the following questions: What are the key barriers and opportunities of policy design and implementation in cultural policy agendas and arenas? What are the key impacts of cultural policies on the level of creativity and smartness? How do culture and creativity shape smart sustainable development? |
