Universities and training institutions are core to the development of capacities within national public administrations - the session should respond to the questions of how and what should be done for these capacities to be developed in order to implement the 2030 Agenda and achieve sustainable development goals.
The contributions of these institutions, especially within the NISPAcee region, and the main challenges they face and how to cope with them will also be discussed.
