Related to Panel on Next Innovation Frontier in Public Service Educatio 
Chair: Andras Nemeslaki, Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Budapest, Hungary
The panel introduces a 2 mEuro state reform operative EU program – code name AROP 2.2.19. -managed by the National University of Public Adminsitration whith the general objective to modernize the continuing education in the Hungarian PA sector. Both from its scope and from its budget point of view it is one of the largest such effort not only in PA but in also in the Hungarian higher education sector as well. The panel is positioned in the interface of PA strategy, learning PA, ICT innovation and importantly EU project management. The panel addresses broader issues of higher learning and technology innovation, but practically provides first hand empirical data on efficiency of e-learning, meeting management expectations, adoption of ICT innovations and experience of learners in public administration.
