The financial and economic crisis which hit the world in
2008 triggered some irreversible processes in the inter/national dimensions
which didn't by pass the public sector all over the world. On the contrary in
some countries ware public sector and the welfare state the most affected collateral victims of the
crisis. The main objective of the round table will be to identify and highlight
some of the questions and challenges related to agenda setting for public
sector governance in the turbulent times which are ahead of us and the role of
international organisations in these processes.
