The focus of the Working Group has been on building a learning platform of exemplary showcases of using
information and communication technology in the public sector in the countries
of NISPAcee region.
The working group included topics on e-governance at local administration level, new (organizational, cultural, and other)
requirements for governance and officials and assessment and evaluation of e-governance.
