    Program Overview

Master Class „How to improve your paper“
Room Orpheus / Rezos Hotel "Melia Grand Hermitage"
Related to
Moderator: Michiel de Vries, Radboud University Nijmegen, Nijmegen, Netherlands
For the first time, and based on participants‘ strong expression of interest, NISPAcee is offering a workshop on how to improve one's paper, especially its introduction and conclusions. When readers don't like the introduction of your paper they will not continue reading. Sometimes readers start at the conclusions. If they don't like them they neither continue reading the paper. The quality of introduction and conclusions of your paper is therefore crucial.

This Master class is designed for young scholars from the NISPAcee regions who have already written a paper and who want to improve on it. The Master Class is scheduled in such a way as to allow participants to work on their papers for the conference themselves just before the conference. The master class will take place in the conference hotel before the official opening. The class is sponsored by LGI and free of charge for the selected participants.

Based on the applications 12  participants have been accepted for the Master Class.

The Master Class will be conducted by Professor Dr. Michiel de Vries (Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands) He is also the chair of working group IV on Public Administration Reform and member of the editorial board of numerous journals in Public Administration and Dr. Marlies Honingh, Assistant Professor (Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands).
