Presenter Abstract The article analyzes the growing importance of using artificial intelligence in public administration, especially in migration management. For more than a year, the pandemic has been a challenge for public administration. This, in relation to all institutions and citizens, and even to all other persons on the territory of a state, including asylum seekers, has resorted, more and more, to artificial intelligence, perfecting itself, so that to deal with crisis situations arising in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, the pandemic has affected migration and human mobility as states have introduced restrictions on international cross-border movements to minimize the risks posed and the impact of COVID-19. Under these conditions, the role of artificial intelligence was to support the public administration.
