A new working group could be proposed by a team of academics/researchers and could be included into the conference programme if accepted by the NISPAcee Steering Committee. The proposal has to include:

• Field of work/research, aims and objectives of the work/research, work plan
• Name(s) and CV(s) of the working group's co-ordinator(s)
• List of proposed group members
• Completed applications for participation in the conference with papers of at least 5 core group members, and their confirmation to participate on their own expenses
