Eugenijus Chlivickas, Professor
of Management and Administration at Department of International Economy and
Management, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania. Since 1994 till now Eugenijus Chlivickas is the Director
of the Training Centre of the Ministry of Finance of Republic of Lithuania. Since
1999 till now Eugenijus Chlivickas is the President of the Lithuanian Public
Administration Training Association – network of main training centres and
institutes in area of Public Administration Studies and Civil Servant‘s
Training. Working group coordinator has an advanced work
experience of coordinating international programmes and projects in the sphere
of development Public Administration, Human Resources and Civil Servant’s
Training Systems.
