NISPAcee e-LEAP: NISPAcee e-Government Learning Platform

The NISPAcee e-LEAP (e-Government Learning Platform) aims at facilitating the exchange of the best ideas and approaches from the e-government domain between the Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries. The platform allows researchers, experts and practitioners from these countries to bring their exemplary e-government solutions together and start a discussion about the potential for transfer of solutions among countries. The e-government learning platform is closely related to the NISPAcee Working Group on e-Government (WG). Members of the WG will function as intermediaries between the countries and public administration sectors that are prepared to bring in their solutions, on one hand, and the countries or sectors interested in implementation and use of those solutions, on the other.
