1 . Accommodation (with half board) and the Conference Venue:

2 . All participants will be met by the Bulgarian co-organizers at the airport and transported to the Hotel PRINCESS.

3. Participants who will have presentations at the Conference are kindly asked to bring 30 copies of papers for the participants of the working session or group.

4. The exhibition of publications of the NISPAcee Institutions will be arranged during the Conference.
The participants are recommended to bring publications (also in the native language) for presentation at the exhibition.

5. All information related to the 7^th NISPAcee Conference as well as the full versions of the accepted papers for the WS / WG and the List of Participants are available on the NISPAcee homepage
