Programme framework of 2019 scientific forum will be determined by the issues of public administration related to the global security crisis, the radical changes that will be experienced in the medium-term perspective by the world security space, and development of new approaches to ensuring the security and stability of sustainable development.

The growth of the scale and intensity of military conflicts, increase of tension in relations between states, emergence of new zones of instability with the ever-broader involvement of leading states in military confrontation – these dangerous trends are symptoms of the crisis of the global collective security system, that only worsen with time.

New challenges and threats and the deviant policy of Russia, which destroy the architectonics of the security space established by the results of the World War II, encourage international collective security organizations (UN, NATO, EU, OSCE, etc.) and European countries to review in fact the already inoperative mechanisms for provision of security and sustainable development. What will be the basis for European security, which is on the verge of radical change? And what place will Ukraine take in it?

Goal of the seminar: to consolidate on the basis of the social archetype methodology the interdisciplinary efforts of representatives of social and humanitarian knowledge around the solution of theoretical and practical problems of public administration associated with the changes experienced by the world’s security space and development of new approaches to provision of security and sustainable development.

We offer the participants of the seminar to choose one of the following areas for scientific reflection and discussion.
1. Contemporary challenges to the global collective security system.
2. National and international security: traditional and new threats.
3. European security and Ukraine.
4. Sustainable development strategies: global, regional and local dimensions.
