The new executive training, where you can actively learn how to reach sound (local) and quality public institutions by achieving a win-win deal/agreement between politics and management; a deal to be reached in the ‘organization keystone zone,’ the zone in-between the corporate/politics and executive boards and teams.

Cities’ and -in general- territories’ success and prosperity increasingly depends on how they are managed, i.e. excellent public governance and management are ‘the’ determinant factors in any scenario of growth and/or recovery.

This executive course is addressed to public leaders and senior managers, who wish to acquire new or up-dated skills to design public strategies, align them with political priorities as well as to embed them in the available financial resources and thus establish sound performance and management/control systems supported by hands-on practice and stewardship from the different European (city) cultures.

You learn from the ‘Politics and Management Deal (PMD)’ model which is a comprehensive and structured system that embraces a wide range of tools and concepts including the whole of government and its administration: from management to finance, from definition to execution of strategy and from result-oriented trends to visionary leadership, overall from administrative capacity building (ABC) to management capacity building (MCB).
