All cancellations should be sent by e-mail to NISPAcee Headquarters (nispa@nispa.org). Receipt of these must be confirmed by the NISPAcee Headquarters.
1. Prior to March 31, 2020 - 50% of the sum PAID for conference fees will be refunded after the conference, based on a written request and the submission of bank details (deadline for requests: March 31, 2020). Bank charges have to be covered by the beneficiary.
2. From April 1, 2020 - No refund will be given.
Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a registered participant, please contact NISPAcee Headquarters (nispa@nispa.org) at the latest by April 30, 2020.
