Within ReSPA, Dr Glodić is responsible for activities in the field of Better Regulation, Centre-of-Government institutions and for institutional, legal matters. Prior to joining ReSPA in 2015, he worked for ten years at different positions within the civil service of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the area of European integration process. He was involved in the process of legal alignment and coordination of the stabilization and association process. He holds an MA in European Studies from the College of Europe, a Diploma of International Cycle of Public Administration from the French National School of Public Administration (Ecole Nationale d’Administration - ENA), and a PhD in Law from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.

Mr. Nikolic has been the Programme Assistant at ReSPA since 2015. He also worked on the EU financed project related to ReSPA institutional capacity building and quality of public service. As a Programme Assistant at ReSPA, he supported and contributed to the exchange of experience within thematic areas of Centre of Government and Better Regulation. Mr Nikolić’s previous professional experience includes work within the local self-government in Nikšić Municipality - Cabinet of Mayor. He holds a Diploma from Academy of Diplomacy and Security, Belgrade, Serbia.

Better regulation covers the entire policy cycle, including policy design and preparation, adoption, implementation, application (including enforcement), evaluation and revision. For each phase of the policy cycle, there are respective better regulation principles, objectives, tools and procedures to ensure that countries have the best regulation possible. These relate to planning, impact assessment, stakeholder consultation and engagement, implementation, and evaluation.
