 Title  Institutions and Trade in the Republic of Moldova – European Union Economic Integration Process - Empirical Evidences of the Association Agreement Implementation

Abstract  
  
Starting from the fact that Association Agreement has been implemented in ratio of more than 71%, the paper try to measure the evolution of quality of institutions in the Republic of Moldova, namely rule of law, regulatory of quality and control of corruptions. Second by relating the outcomes of the first estimations the article tries to establish the effect of those institutions on trade. The main results show that Republic of Moldova gain significantly form Association Agreements, trade have been increased third times, most of the European institutions have been implemented but the level of corruptions is still at the high level. As a methodological approach we made a regression with panel data.
