Presenter Agnes Horvath Abstract In Hungary after the transition in 1990, as well as in other eastern European countries one of the biggest challenge was to improve the efficiency and the cooperation between NGOs and the bodies of public administration. It is still example nowadays to examine how these processes turned out, how successful were they and what kind of problems occurred.
